Vanessa FISTON is currently the Responsable de sites ESAT at LADAPT, overseeing two sites in Groslay and Soisy-sous-Montmorency that provide various services including laundry, landscaping, cleaning, packaging, document digitization, and order preparation. Prior to this role, Vanessa served as Directrice Adjointe at AEDE - ASSOCIATION from December 2020 to June 2023. From May 2011 to December 2020, Vanessa was responsible for development at ADEP, where partnerships for supporting individuals with disabilities were developed, including subcontracting solutions in the medical field. Other professional experiences include roles as Attachée commerciale at VICBAG GROUP, Commerciale Export and Chargée de grands comptes at GROUPE TWC, and Secrétaire bilingue at Taj, a member of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited.
