Monica De Carranza possesses over a decade of extensive experience in brand management and marketing within the food and nutrition industry. Currently serving as Brand Manager for Yogurt YES at Lactolac since September 2009, Monica De Carranza is responsible for strategic brand management, marketing plan development, and market analysis in El Salvador. Prior experience includes a role in medical sales for Baby Food at Nestlé from June 2002 to September 2005. Monica De Carranza holds a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Universidad Evangelica de El Salvador and has furthered education with advanced certifications and a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Food Biotechnology from various institutions, including ISEADE - FEPADE and Escuela Mónica Herrera.
