Benoit Waechter serves as the APAC Senior Supply Chain & Logistics Director at Lacoste, overseeing downstream retail, wholesale, markets, and distribution activities across the Asia-Pacific and Greater China regions. With extensive experience in supply chain management, logistics, and operations, Benoit manages teams in multiple countries and is responsible for end-to-end regional planning, customer service, logistics, and warehouse operations. Previously held roles include Supply Chain & Logistics Director at Carrefour Global Sourcing and Head of Logistics at METRO Sourcing International Limited. Benoit holds a Master's Degree from HEC Liège and an Asian MBA from OMNES Education, along with other international business qualifications.
