Erica Nealon is an experienced professional with a diverse background encompassing administration, teaching, customer service, and broadcasting. Currently serving as a Confidential Assistant and multiple roles within Lackawanna County since August 2019, Erica also works as a Yoga Teacher at Jaya: Yoga, Pilates, and Specialty Fitness and as a Dance Teacher at the Devine School of Dance since 2009. Previous roles include General Processor at Prudential Financial, Community Life Assistant at The Pines Assisted Living, and a longstanding position as a Head Lifeguard at Glen Oak Country Club, where leadership and customer service skills were developed. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Marywood University, where involvement included anchoring TV news and hosting a radio show, alongside internships that provided hands-on broadcasting experience.
