David Bulzoni

David Bulzoni has a diverse and extensive work experience in various financial management roles. David is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer/Administrative Services Director for Lackawanna County. In this role, they oversee the financial services operation of the County, including budget execution and pension management.

In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development Municipal Management Certification from Lebanon Valley College in June 2016. Furthermore, David obtained a Certificate in Blueprint Reading and Drafting from the Career Technology Center of Lackawanna County in December 1981. David also holds Series 7 and 63 Securities Licenses from FINRA.
