Valerie Marsh, CPTM, currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Lackawanna College, teaching Cannabis 101, and as the Director of Learning & Development at Jushi Holdings Inc. Valerie has extensive experience in organizational and talent development across various industries. Previous roles include Director of Organizational Development at Sunland Asphalt & Construction, LLC, and Director of Learning and Development at Harvest Health & Recreation, Inc., where Valerie successfully expanded teams and implemented company-wide Learning Management Systems. Valerie also has a background in training development from positions at Prosper Marketplace and Cubex LLC, along with experience managing corporate learning initiatives at DeVry University and engaging with community programs at ROEPER CITY AND COUNTRY SCHOOL. Valerie holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ball State University.
