Frederic Galtie is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and technical management. Currently serving as the European Customer Service Manager at LaCie since 2001, Frederic has developed extensive expertise in overseeing customer support operations. Prior to this role, Frederic worked as a Technical Manager at both NATI and TELEPLAN FRANCE from 1999 to 2003. Frederic holds a DEUG in Law from Université Paris Nanterre, earned between 1987 and 1991.
