Robert Urban currently serves as Managing Partner at Pharma Improvement Partners, focusing on enhancing clinical and commercial production for companies. With extensive experience in engineering and manufacturing, Robert has held significant positions including Senior Associate at Lachman Consultant Services, where expertise in facility design and regulatory compliance was demonstrated, and VP roles at both Teva Pharmaceuticals and Cephalon, leading engineering and manufacturing efforts for large-scale operations. Robert's career began at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and includes a solid foundation in process development and manufacturing management. Robert holds a B.S. and an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and Lehigh University, respectively.
