Laura Patterson, BSN, RN, currently serves as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at AtlantiCare, a Level II Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center, since May 2023. Laura holds multiple certifications including BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and NIH. In addition to the role at AtlantiCare, Laura has been a School Nurse Substitute for Lacey Township School District since June 2022, and a Lifeguard EMT for Barnegat Light Beach Patrol since June 2017, where responsibilities included instructing youth in water safety and first aid. Prior experience includes working as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Penn Medicine Princeton Health and as a Patient Care Technician at Southern Ocean Medical Center. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Monmouth University, completed in May 2021. Skills encompass vital signs, phlebotomy, EKGs, and CPR, among others.
