Afreen Kittur has over a decade of experience in project management and consulting, currently serving as Manager- PMO at LabourNet Services India Pvt. Ltd., where responsibilities include operationalizing organizational strategies and overseeing project implementation. Previous roles in the company included Sr. Associate Consultant and Analyst- Consultant, focusing on training needs analysis, curriculum development, and conducting skill gap studies. Afreen has also gained experience as an intern in organizational development and as an associate teacher, alongside contributions as a volunteer at the Centre for Social Action.
