Pearleen Sangha is a seasoned political professional currently serving as the Regional Director and Head of Field at The Labour Party since February 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Political Consultant from January 2019 to February 2022 and a Deputy Organising Director at Team Bloomberg in early 2020. Sangha has significant experience within municipal government, having worked in the Office of Mayor Sam Liccardo in San José and managed the re-election campaign for Mayor Liccardo. Additional roles include Regional Field Director at the Democratic National Committee and Regional Organiser at The Labour Party. Previous positions also feature service as a City Council Member in Swansea and a Parliamentary Assistant in the House of Commons. Sangha holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Swansea University.
