Britt ter Heerdt is an experienced professional in the field of labor law and reintegration consultancy. Currently serving as a Re-integratie consulent at Laborijn since July 2018, Britt previously held roles including Intercedent at Tempo-Team and Consulent Arbeidsjuridische Dienstverlening at UWV, where significant expertise was developed in assessing dismissal license applications following the implementation of the Wet werk en Zekerheid. Earlier experience includes legal decision-making at the Immigratie- en Naturalisatiedienst (IND) and consultancy at UWV, along with hands-on roles in hospitality from 2003 to 2014. Britt holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen and has completed relevant professional training, including a Diploma SEU in 2017.
