Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a background in nutrition, business management, and compliance. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has held the role of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana's experience includes working as a nutritionist at a private consulting practice and as a university lecturer teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and food history from August 2016 to August 2017.
