Paola Bazan is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Responsable Ressources Humaines at Laboratoires Juva Santé since January 2018. In this role, Paola oversees recruitment, integration, and training initiatives, while managing career development processes and providing HR advice across various legal and organizational contexts. Previously, Paola held positions in recruitment and HR management at BOTTE Fondations and VINCI Construction France, alongside initial HR roles at Credit Agricole Consumer Finance. Paola holds a Master 2 in Développement des Ressources Humaines et Droit Social from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and has an extensive educational background in law and social sciences.
