Caroline Baudouin has extensive experience in innovation, research, and development within the life sciences sector. Since March 2014, Caroline has served as the Head of Innovation, Research and Development at Laboratoires Expanscience, where responsibilities also include leading Life Sciences Innovation and Scientific Communication. Prior to this role, from 2006 to 2013, Caroline held the position of Cell Biology and Scientific Communication R&D Manager at the same company. Earlier in Caroline’s career, from 1995 to 2006, significant contributions were made as a Research Manager in Skin Photobiology and Aging at the Pierre Fabre Research Institute. Caroline holds a PhD in Molecular Pharmacology and Toxicology from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III, earned from 1990 to 1994.
