Audrey Kapezynski has a solid background in quality and production management within the food industry. Currently serving as Assistante qualité opérationnelle at Labeyrie since March 2019, Audrey focuses on continuous improvement of quality systems, including mapping autoclaves, renewing quality indicators, managing daily metrics, conducting internal audits, and supporting the implementation and qualification of new equipment. Previous experience includes an internship in production management at Arcadie Sud Ouest SA, where cost analysis and data exploitation were key responsibilities, and a role as a quality assistant intern at The London Bread and Cake Company Ltd., contributing to audit preparations and documentation updates. Initial exposure to the agri-food sector was gained through a production operator internship at Onetik SAS. Audrey Kapezynski holds an engineering degree in agro-food from the Ecole nationale d'Ingénieurs des Techniques des Industries agricoles et alimentaires and a BTS in laboratory analysis and biotechnologies from Lycée Agricole Blanquefort.
