Randall Cooke has extensive experience in the nuclear energy sector, currently serving as the Manager of Planning and Cost Control and Program Manager at LaBella Associates since May 2019. Prior to this role, Randall was a Cycle Manager at Exelon Nuclear from January 2010 to May 2019 and worked as an Outage Specialist at Constellation Energy's Ginna Nuclear Station from January 2006 to December 2009. Randall's career began at Constellation Energy Partners LLC, where positions included Work Week Manager, Scheduler, and Power Plant Operator from October 1989 to December 2005. Randall's foundational experience was gained in the US Navy as a Nuclear Machinist Mate from August 1983 to August 1989, following education at the USN Nuclear Power School and Prototype in 1984.
