Jane Wilkinson is currently an advisor at Label R, a position they have held since July 2019. Prior to that, they were the Head of Sustainable Finance at the Luxembourg Stock Exchange from April 2017 to July 2019, and a Technical Expert and member of the Technical Expert Group (TEG) on Sustainable Finance at the European Commission from June 2018 to July 2019. Wilkinson has also been a Partner - Asset Management Audit and Head of Sustainability Services at KPMG Luxembourg from January 1995 to April 2017, and an Audit senior at Beavis Walker from April 1990 to July 1994.

Jane Wilkinson has a CSR Tempo from Radboud University, a BA Hons from Leeds Beckett University, and a Diplom Betriebswirtschaftslehre from HSB Hochschule Bremen - City University of Applied Sciences. Jane also has a certification from the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) in Accredited Registered Luxembourg Auditor (Réviseur d'Entreprises) and a certification from ICAEW in Fellow Chartered Accountant.
