Eleonora Rizzuto is currently an advisor at Label R. Prior to that, they were with Forestami, ECOMONDO - ITALIAN EXHIBITION GROUP, LVMH, and Bulgari. Eleonora began their career with Technip in September 2008 and served as their diversity director until June 2012.

Eleonora Rizzuto has a laurea in sciences politiques from Sapienza Università di Roma. Eleonora is also an Auditor Leader for SA8000 from Bureau Veritas and for Certification Environnementale from TUV. Additionally, they have a certification from the Ordine Consulenti del Lavoro in droit international du travail. Eleonora attended Liceo Linguistico Roma for their high school education.
