Jason Byrd is an experienced professional in the food service and agricultural sectors, currently serving as a Corporate Buyer at Labatt Food Service since October 2018. Previously, Jason held positions as Operations Director at Direct Source Meats and as a Commodity Proteins Buyer at Labatt Food Service. Jason began their career as an Extension Agent for Agriculture & Natural Resources at Texas A&M AgriLife. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Meat Science/Muscle Biology and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences from Texas Tech University, complemented by an Associate of Science from Clarendon College.
