Francis P. McConville is a Partner and Of Counsel at Labaton Keller Sucharow LLP since April 2015, where focuses on identifying, investigating, and developing actions to recover investment losses due to violations of federal securities laws, and vindicating shareholder rights against corporate misconduct. Previously, Francis served as an Associate at Pomerantz LLP, specializing in securities class action litigation, and held similar roles at Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP and Entwistle & Cappucci LLP, focusing on class action securities litigation and complex civil litigation. Francis holds a JD, Magna Cum Laude, from New York Law School and a BA in Political Science and History from the University of Notre Dame.
