Emily Gault is an Associate at Labaton Keller Sucharow LLP since April 2024, having previously served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office from September 2021 to April 2024. Prior experience includes a role as a Legal Extern at the United States Attorneys' Offices in early 2020, and as a Law Clerk at Edelman, Krasin & Jaye, LLC in the summer of 2019. Earlier legal training included positions as a Legal Intern at the Law Offices of Dennis Lemke and as an Investigative Intern with the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia. Emily Gault holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from St. John's University School of Law, obtained between 2018 and 2021, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Spanish from Penn State University, completed in 2018.
