Meg Vais is a seasoned Senior User Experience Designer with extensive experience across various industries. Currently at Lab49 since July 2021, Meg previously held a senior UX role at Redbox Automated Retail, where innovative designs for digital streaming services led to a notable increase in customer satisfaction. Prior experience includes senior positions at Centro and IBM, focusing on enhancing user experiences for digital advertising and predictive analytics. Earlier roles as a User Interface Designer at SPSS and a Human Factors Researcher at DaimlerChrysler demonstrate a strong foundation in user-centered design principles. Meg holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
