Molly Schaus is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sports management, community engagement, and youth development. Currently serving as an Associate Manager of Sport Planning for the LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games, Molly has also held roles such as Athlete Fellow focusing on Game Operations and Impact & Community Relations. As the Co-Founder of Movement In A Box, Molly aimed to inspire children aged 3-6 to embrace lifelong movement through purposeful activities. Previous experience includes serving as Fan Development Marketing Manager for the Anaheim Ducks and Group Volunteer Leader at Cradles to Crayons. Additionally, Molly was the Director and Co-Founder of the Foundation for Goaltending Research and Education and competed as a member of the USA Hockey National Team, alongside coaching roles at UMass Boston. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree from Boston College and a program in business transition from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Notable athletic achievements include being named 2012 Goaltender of the Year and securing the Clarkson Cup championship in 2013.
