Jennifer Lay is a Law Academic at La Trobe University since March 2020, serving as a Lecturer and Subject Coordinator for various legal courses. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Senior Associate at Arnold Thomas & Becker and worked as an Associate at Slater and Gordon Lawyers, specializing in public liability, workers compensation, and motor vehicle accident claims. From 2020 to 2021, Jennifer also served as a Unit Coordinator and eLearning Advisor at Swinburne University of Technology. Jennifer Lay holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and Juris Doctor from Monash University, alongside a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University, and has enhanced professional development through a course in The Science of Well-being from Yale University.
