Rebecca Jennings has held various customer service and management roles across different industries. Rebecca currently works at La Trobe Financial as the Executive General Manager - Head of Customer Resolution and Head of Transformation & Operations. Prior to this, Rebecca worked at SportsTG Pty Ltd as an Account Coordinator & Call Centre Team Leader. Rebecca also has experience working for the Australian Government Department of Human Services as a Customer Service Officer. Rebecca completed a Bachelor of Business degree with a major in Sports Management and Management from La Trobe University.
