Alan Wendell has extensive experience in student development and residence life, having worked at La Salle University since July 1988 in various roles including Assistant to the Vice President, Assistant Vice President for Residence Life and Community Development, Senior Associate Dean of Students, Associate Dean of Students, Assistant Dean of Students, and Assistant Director of Resident Life for Judicial Affairs. In these positions, Alan has led initiatives to promote healthy student learning communities, uphold high standards of student conduct, and oversee the student conduct system. Prior to their tenure at La Salle University, Alan served as Residence Hall Director at the University of Kansas, managing the operation of a residence hall with a significant student population. Alan holds a Master of Science in Education in Post Secondary and Agency Counseling Psychology from the University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Human Service Administration from Hastings College.
