Joseph Pallez is a skilled professional with a strong background in procurement, supply chain management, and culinary arts. Currently serving as Chargé des achats, de l'approvisionnement et du sourcing at La Ruche qui dit Oui ! since July 2021, Joseph has previously held positions such as Chef De Partie at A LA VIERGE DE LA REUNION and Sous Chef at Sausalito Restaurant, where responsibilities included menu creation and stock management. Additional experience includes partnership development at Emmaüs Défi, communications support at the United Nations Regional Information Centre, and project assistance at WWF-France. Joseph holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Hertie School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations from McGill University, complemented by a Licence in Economics from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
