Andrey B. P. da Silva is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and finance, holding the position of Diretor Geral at Jovem Pan Maringá 101,3 FM since March 1995 and serving in various roles within the company including Diretor and CFO. Since August 2015, Andrey has also worked as an International Real Estate Consultant with ABR Investment and as a Real Estate Agent with La Rosa Realty since March 2017. Previous roles include Artistic Director at Rádio Catedral FM from January 2007 to July 2015, overseeing program implementation and staff recruitment. Andrey's educational background includes an MBA in Corporate Management with a Marketing focus and an MBA in Business Intelligence from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, along with an Associate's degree in Real Estate Development from IFREC and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Estadual de Maringá.
