Francesco Seminara is an experienced giornalista specializing in culinary journalism, currently contributing to "Repubblica Sapori" and "Il Gusto" at La Repubblica since January 2020. As the founder of Soul Salad, a luxury food and wine experience provider, Francesco also produces Italy's only radio program dedicated to gastronomic storytelling. Additional roles include voice over actor for siQuri.com and various projects, as well as a gastronomic critic for GEDI Gruppo Editorale. Francesco has freelanced since 2003, collaborating with multiple publications, while also serving as a radio consultant and official voice for Radio Monte Carlo and Etnaland. A graduate in Communication Sciences from Università degli studi di Catania, Francesco has been active in the field since 1999.
