Guillaume Bataillon-Debès has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Guillaume started their career at EY in 2010 as a Partner Assistant. Guillaume then worked at Groupon as a Business Development professional for a brief period in 2012. Following that, they joined Total as a Management Controller from 2013 to 2015. Guillaume then moved to PwC Luxembourg where they worked as a Senior Financial Auditor for two years. In 2017, they returned to EY as a Senior Financial Auditor and held this position until 2020. Currently, Guillaume serves as the Head of Finance for La Poste Groupe's division, La Poste Santé et Autonomie.

Guillaume Bataillon-Debès earned a Master's degree in Auditing from ESG management school between 2012 and 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they attended INES, where they studied Expertise comptable et commissariat aux comptes, but did not earn a degree.
