Sebastiraj Arulanandu is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and business process management. Currently serving as Software Development Lead at Standard Chartered Bank since September 2020, Sebastiraj previously held the position of Director and Global Head for BPM pre-sales at Virtusa, where responsibilities included leading BPM-Pega practice solutions and managing customer discussions. Prior to Virtusa, Sebastiraj was associated with Lloyds TSB and Wipro Technologies in senior architectural roles, focusing on various BPM initiatives and project management. Additional experience includes contributions to FedEx Services, MasterCard, Level 3 Communications, Citicorp Overseas Software Ltd, and Nucleus Software. Sebastiraj holds an MCA in Computer Applications and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from St. Joseph's College, Trichy.
