Kimberly Franklin is an experienced professional in the specialty coffee industry, currently serving as Home After Sales at La Marzocco since July 2021. Previous roles include Director of Coffee at Just Love Coffee Cafe, where responsibilities involved refining the coffee program, sourcing, cupping, and team training. As a Regional Service Technician at Counter Culture Coffee, Kimberly managed maintenance and service for numerous accounts in Seattle while overseeing a significant inventory of parts. Kimberly has also held positions as a Customer Support Specialist at Baratza LLC, Accounts and Education Manager at Tony's Coffees and Teas, Manager and Assistant Roastmaster at Just Love Coffee Roasters, and Lead Barista at Jozoara Cafe. Kimberly holds an Associate's degree in General Studies from Middle Tennessee State University.
