Sonia Herda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in educational and judicial settings. Currently serving as a Language Assessment Specialist for La Habra City School District since February 2023, Sonia previously held the position of Certified ELPAC Examiner and Proctor at South Whittier School District from February 2022 to January 2023. Earlier roles include Director at TEAM Referral Network from March 2018 to September 2019 and Judicial Assistant at Los Angeles Superior Court, managing courtroom operations from March 1991 to May 2017. Sonia holds a Master of Dispute Resolution in Mediation & Conflict Resolution from the Strauss Institute, Pepperdine School of Law (2020-2022), a Master of Arts in Leadership and Organizational Studies from Azusa Pacific University (2015-2018), and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from American University (1980-1984).
