Wenona Nutima is an experienced hospitality and education professional with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management from New Mexico State University. Since August 2017, Wenona has served as the Front Desk Manager at La Fonda on the Plaza, having previously held the position of Assistant Front Desk Manager. Additionally, Wenona is the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at Pueblo of Tesuque Development Corporation since January 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Program Specialist and Digital Pathways Mentor at New Mexico State University from 2007 to 2012, Sales Associate at Las Cosas Kitchen Shoppe from 2008 to 2010, Co-chair of the Education Committee at All Indian Pueblos Council from March 2009 to March 2010, and Chair of the New Mexico Tribal Higher Education Commission from 2007 to 2010. Wenona also contributed as an Educational Advisor and Event Coordinator for Eight Northern Indian Pueblos Council, Inc. from 2005 to 2008.
