Marcus Robles is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in managing technical teams and overseeing IT operations at La Clínica de La Raza since December 2012. In the role of IT Manager and IT Technical Lead, Marcus focuses on project management, administration of Active Directory, and the maintenance and repair of network hardware. Responsibilities also include developing training materials for technicians and conducting office automation feasibility studies. Previously, Marcus served as an IT Technician, supporting over 200 users in a medical environment, where responsibilities included managing work orders and handling a variety of hardware and software solutions.
