Edward Hyounwoo Kim has a diverse work experience that includes roles such as Research Assistant at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Habitat Restoration Specialist at Marin Conservation Corps, AmeriCorps, Family Medicine Resident at University of Nevada Reno, Family Physician at Ravenswood Family Health Center, and currently serves as an Associate Medical Director at La Clínica de La Raza.

Edward Hyounwoo Kim received their AB in Environmental Science and Public Policy from Harvard University in 2002. Edward Hyounwoo later obtained their MD from the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo in 2010. Edward also holds certifications in Family Medicine from the American Board of Family Medicine, with the most recent certification obtained in 2023.
