Laure LENGAIGNE has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Directrice des ressources humaines for La Chaîne de l'Espoir since March 2021. Previously, Laure worked with Croix-Rouge française in various roles, including Consultante RH and Directrice des ressources humaines internationales, where responsibilities encompassed strategy and policy definition for international human resources, team management, and budget oversight. Additional experience includes positions at ACTION CONTRE LA FAIM, Solidarites International, and Première Urgence - Aide Médicale Internationale, focusing on recruitment, human resources administration, and project budget management. Laure holds a Master in International Solidarity and Actions from Institut catholique de Paris and a Master in Administration Economique et Sociale from University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
