Barbara Kanduth is an accomplished business owner with extensive experience in sales and management. Currently, Barbara operates La Belle et La Boeuf and Carlos & Pepe's since 2022 and 2019 respectively. Prior to this entrepreneurial venture, Barbara served as a Senior Sales Executive at Kohler Co. from 2012 to 2022, focusing on sales and market share growth for multiple plumbing brands, where selling skills were further honed through Selling I - III training. Previous roles include National Sales Manager at Paramount Pictures from 2001 to 2012 and Sales Coordinator at Madacy Entertainment from 1991 to 2000. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from McGill University, supplemented by education at Concordia University and CEGEP - John Abbott College.
