Shelley Volkwein is an accomplished Space Superiority Strategic Account Manager at L3Harris Technologies since July 2019, where responsibilities include strategizing and coordinating advocacy efforts for space superiority and geospatial solutions to support growth initiatives. Prior roles include similar responsibilities at Harris Corporation and significant leadership positions within the Office of the Secretary of Defense and U.S. Army, where Shelley directed space policy implementation and led space operations in the Pacific Theater. Education includes a Master’s Degree in Strategic Studies from Air War College and a Master’s Degree in Space Systems Operations Management from Webster University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Boston University.
