Jason Baker is a Principal in Business Development at L3Harris Technologies, where a strategic vision for businesses is developed by integrating customer mission needs and defining technology roadmaps. With experience in managing research and development teams across various technology domains, including image science and Artificial Intelligence, Jason has held multiple leadership positions such as Senior Manager and Lead Program Manager. Responsibilities have included defining product roadmaps for airborne solutions and supporting product launches like the CorvusEye. Prior to L3Harris, Jason served as a Technical Manager and Software Engineer at Exelis, leading software development for airborne ISR systems and fostering collaboration within engineering teams. Jason holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University, along with an Associate's degree from Monroe Community College.
