Christoph T. Feddersen serves as the Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at L3Harris Technologies since April 2024, overseeing legal, ethics, compliance, and global trade matters for the company. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President and General Counsel for both Space and Airborne Systems at Raytheon and Collins Aerospace at United Technologies. Christoph's legal career began at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, progressing from Assistant General Counsel in Regulatory Affairs to Chief-of-Staff to the Chairman and CEO. Academically, Christoph holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Michigan Law School and a doctorate in International Trade Law, along with two State Exams from the Universities of Hamburg and Bonn in Germany.
