Ivaylo Nikolov has a wealth of experience in the technology industry. Ivaylo began their career at Stone Computers AD in 2007 as a Product Manager, responsible for overseeing the development and management of various products. Ivaylo then moved on to become a Key Account Manager, where they handled important clients and maintained strong relationships with them. In 2010, they were promoted to Director of the Technical Department, leading and managing the technical team. In 2015, they took on the role of Head of the Cloud and Mobile Development Department, focusing on driving innovation in these areas. In 2017, Ivaylo joined L3C LTD as the Chief Technology Officer, where they are responsible for implementing and delivering strategic cloud projects, as well as managing the technical and project management team.

Ivaylo Nikolov's education history begins in 1992 when they attended Goethe Gymnasium Burgas. Ivaylo studied German Language and Literature there until 1998. After completing their studies at Goethe Gymnasium Burgas, they attended Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski from 1998 to 2003. During this period, they earned a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs. Later, from 2003 to 2005, Ivaylo pursued further education at the University of National and World Economy, obtaining a Master's degree in International Business. In addition to their academic achievements, they also hold various certifications including the PRINCE2 2017 Foundation Certification in Project Management and the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, both obtained in 2017. Furthermore, they obtained the PRINCE2 2017 Practitioner Certification in Project Management in 2018.
