Jim McLaughlin is the Chief Executive Officer and Owner of L2P Enterprise Ltd, a company that provides workforce management tools to doctors and healthcare organizations. He is also the Managing Director of Meeting Facilitators Ltd, a collective of workshop leaders supporting change in businesses. Additionally, Jim serves as the Non Executive Chairman of HONEYROSE BAKERY LIMITED and as a Board Member of Gravesend Churches Housing Association. With a background in marketing and business development, Jim has worked with various SMEs and has a strong focus on sales and marketing improvement projects. He holds a Diploma in Strategy and Innovation from the University of Oxford and has a BA (Hons) in English Literature and Theatre from The University of Sheffield.
