Melanie Murphy Richter, MS, RDN, currently serves as the Director of Communications at L-Nutra, Inc., where responsibilities include managing communications and supporting healthcare practitioner education for ProLon and other products. At the University of California, Irvine, Richter is a Lecturer developing and teaching the "Nutrition through the Lifespan" course, which has been adopted as a required curriculum for nursing students. Additionally, Richter operates a private practice as a holistic and functional Registered Dietitian in Los Angeles and provides dietary leadership for USC's Head Start programs. Previous experience includes roles as a public relations consultant, director, and account executive in various agencies, alongside significant educational training in nutrition and public relations from the University of Southern California and The University of Georgia.
