Sharon Spratt, CCUE, has been with L&N Federal Credit Union since January 1985, starting as a teller and working their way up to V.P. of Human Resources. With extensive experience in various roles within the company, Sharon now oversees all aspects of Human Resources and Training, including benefits, compensation, and employee wellness. Sharon attended Jefferson Community College from 1987 to 1990.
