Connor Giles is an IT Support Technician at L Lynch Plant Hire & Haulage since July 2022, bringing extensive experience in tech support from a prior role as First Line Support at Computacenter from March 2017 to July 2022. Prior to this, Connor gained customer service experience as a Customer Assistant and Grocery worker at Tesco between December 2014 and July 2013. Educational qualifications include a Pearson BTEC Level 2 Diploma and a Pearson BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Information Technology from Central Bedfordshire College, completed between 2014 and 2017, and a High School Diploma obtained from Cardinal Newman Catholic High School Luton from 2009 to 2014.
