Megan Howes is an experienced professional with a diverse background in retail management, photography, marketing, and internships across various industries. Currently serving as an Assistant Store Manager and Department Manager at L.L.Bean since June 2019, Megan also contributes as a Virtual Orientation Leader and is part of the Summit Program Candidate group. In addition, Megan operates as a photographer for Meg Lynn Photography, focusing on capturing natural beauty. Previous experiences include a Marketing Assistant role at Wilcox Wellness & Fitness, where Megan enhanced social media presence, and various internships at notable organizations such as Fib(h)er and the Engaged Black Bear Initiative at the University of Maine. Megan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Maine, and participated in an educational program at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Megan’s early work experiences include positions at Toys R Us KSA and Party Magic Entertainment, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer service and event entertainment.
