Erica Lucza is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in retail scheduling and business analysis. Currently serving as a Retail Scheduler at L.L.Bean since January 2022, Erica previously held multiple roles at TD from June 2015 to June 2022, including Business Management Analyst, Operations Analyst, and Loss Mitigation Specialist III, where responsibilities included managing litigation matters and providing leadership within the Mortgage Research Department. Erica also contributed to quality control and departmental discrepancy investigations throughout various positions, demonstrating a strong background in customer support and procedural accuracy.
