Anna Pawlowski is an experienced retail management professional with a strong background in driving revenue and fostering team engagement. Since December 2016, Anna has served as the Men’s and Equipment Department Manager at L.L.Bean. Prior to this role, Anna spent over a decade at ANN INC., starting as Co Store Manager and advancing to Store Manager, where Anna cultivated a positive store culture and reached business goals. Earlier experience includes serving as General Manager at dELiA*s, where Anna oversaw multiple locations, and as a Recruiter at Liberty University. Anna holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s degree in Human Services from Liberty University.
